My dermatologist recommended I take beta carotene. After doing some research, I realized that the gel caps of Vitamin A I was taking previously weren’t the best way of actually getting the vitamin into my body. So I looked for a more bio available version, and this was it! I add a few drops a day to a glass of water, and though it’s orange and has a hint of a crayon-ish taste, it’s super easy. My skin has been clear and not totally wan. I also recently spent some time in the sun and noticed a reduction in the usual damage my skin takes (even with SPF), so that’s cool too!
