Now that Icelandic Provisions discontinued its coconut based line, this is my current favorite vegan yogurt (ahead of cocojune, Siggis, forager, so delicious, and silk). It’s not too sweet of too tart and has a consistency very close to a quality cow milk yogurt!

I tried Kite Hill Dairy Free Blueberry Yogurt, because it was free after a rebate. I pulled the foil top off, and took a lick. The taste was familiar, but I couldn't place it. It did not, however, taste like blueberry or yogurt. It wasn't good, but I really needed to identify the taste and texture. I had a couple of spoons. I started thinking that it was glue, the white liquid kind that my kids used in school. After a few more tastes, I narrowed it down to the memory of the taste of the paste we used in kindergarten . . . many decades ago. I would never buy it again, not even another flavor.

Super yummy. I’m vegan and eat kite hill products all the time, they’re one of favorite brands. I wish this didn’t have added sugar so I could eat this daily, but as a treat or dessert it’s very yummy.
