I'm so impressed with the KitchenAid Enameled Cast Iron Induction Dutch Oven.
First impression was intimidated because the Dutch oven its heavy. The blue color is beautiful and it goes perfect with my kitchen farmhouse decor.
I made a stew and the meat was so moist and tender, it was ready in less than 2 hours. I cooked my meal in medium/low heat. The Dutch oven preserve the heat locked inside while cooking and a little heat goes a long way. My food did not lose any juices and cooked evenly. I love cooking with the dutch oven because its not messy while cooking, you cook your meals in low heat and its so easy to clean just a wipe dry and store. I'm having so much fun cooking different meals like stews, soup and meats. We are a family of 6 and you can feed all of us and have leftover for the next day or for lunches there is always so much food for everyone.
I'm already telling my mom and sister to get one. This oven makes my cooking easier and my food preserves all the flavors. Meals are now effortless and so delicious
KitchenAid is always been my favorite brand when I need durable kitchenwares and appliances. This KitchenAid Seasoned Cast Iron Induction Dutch Oven Casserole,is my new favorite. This Dutch oven locks the moisture and flavors of food ,keeps it inside and makes food more tasty and soft , as I love tender meat , this oven giving me perfectly soft meat. I love the fact that it can be use in multiple ways , like in oven , on stoves and even on grill .It definitely spread the heat evenly and stay hot for good quality of time.
I use this mostly in the fall and winter when making nice hot one pot dishes like a stew or a pot roast. I’ve also done absolutely amazing slow cook ribs that were fall off the bone. I love that you can throw everything in one pot and put the oven on a lower temperature and slow cook the meat which makes it so incredibly tender. It’s also great for one pot pasta dishes, soups. It has a good weight to it (heavy) but that helps distribute the heat evenly. It’s also a nice looking dish so if you want to serve it on the table as is for family style serve yourself type meal, it’s great for that to - this all leads to less doses to wash in the end. I love using this product and every time I do, I always love the result. I feel like all Dutch over/ whatever this is called, lol, does pretty much the same thing. One brand isn’t exactly better than the other. Either way it’s great to have one
This product is a great pan my only issue with them were the enamel on the outside of the pan on the bottom started shipping in a cast-iron started resting I'm currently in the middle of having it replaced however yes I would recommend the pan heat evenly no problem
I love my Dutch oven. It's perfect for beef stew, risotto or anything that needs to be thickened really. I only use it occasionally, but I love that I only need one pot for the whole meal. It's great quality and cleans really well.
Super good quality except that the pain chips very very easily. Mine started to chip the same week I bought it and I take really good care of my THINFS but the Dutch oven itself feels really luxurious
This Dutch oven is great. We it from soups to stews. Pro tip Great to go from stove top to oven. Miss the black ones and I would make the lid tighter. No improvements needed. A little high in price for taste
I love this kitchen aid to cook my roast in. It's perfect every single time. Same with my scalloped potatoes and ham. Perfect. Chicken also cooks great. I am so happy using this. I'm glad my husband bought it for me at Christmas time. I just love how it gets my food tender
Amazing Dutch oven. Not only is it a.simple but chic design it is also big enough to cook anything from rice to baisting a lamb leg. Would recommend. Be mindful of how heavy it is as well.
