I prefer this one because it doesn't taste like sea salt poured into liquid. This is a great replacement to the old stuff we used to use. This may be a little m ore than your dollar store brand but its worth it

I don't always have time to make seafood stock from scratch. I reached for Kitchen Basics Seafood stock while making shrimp gumbo . It worked perfectly and the gumbo came out with a nice depth in flavor . I would recommend this as an alternative to time consuming homemade stock.
