Does the job in increasing vitamin D, I was severely deficient and saw these in my Costco, and since then haven’t looked back! They’ve definitely helped given how much I was deficient in vitamins

My doctor suggested I start taking vitamin D3 (along with others) and I found the best option at Costco. You can’t beat the Kirkland brand. Great cost, no funny taste and an easy to open bottle. 600 capsules for a lot cheaper than you’d get elsewhere.

Body oil is a great option for moisturizing, especially in the heat of California. I picked up this oil without looking closely, and it turned out to include both mineral and coconut oils. The mineral oil creates a barrier that helps retain the benefits of coconut oil and vitamin E. Overall, I just didn’t notice that it contained mineral oil, as I usually prefer to buy pure coconut oil. However, this doesn’t change the fact that mineral oil does its job well. It moisturizes and softens dry areas of the skin. The price for this bottle is very low and accessible to everyone. Plus, the pump dispenser is quite convenient. Overall, it’s a good and affordable product.

I’ve been taking this supplement for some time due to vitamin d deficiency. This product is great value from Costco, much cheaper than other retailers and comes in a huge 600 capsule size. Since taking these I don’t notice any of the effects of vitamin d deficiency. I normally take mine with breakfast.

These D3 soft gels are great. They are small and easy to swallow. They are good value. This is the exact dose my doctor recommended and I do notice a real difference so I can tell they are effective.
