The burner was a force to be reckoned with. With its low-pressure regulator, it may seem unassuming, but it packs a fiery punch. In a matter of minutes, it had three gallons of water boiling fiercely! Its sturdy legs provided the perfect support for tall pots, making it ideal for frying a succulent turkey or creating a deep, flavorful boil. To reach the perfect working height for a shallow pot, a trusty box was included to assist. However, after an hour of cooking at full heat, the frame surrounding the burner was glowing and scorching red, causing the paint to sizzle and peel off. Even the windscreen, although a useful feature for trapping heat on a blustery day, couldn't withstand the intense heat, as its paint also bubbled and flaked away. But on the bright side, this powerhouse can easily be disassembled into a compact and portable unit, making it any camper or traveler's dream. Needless to say, this purchase has left me beyond satisfied.
