This flour is so versatile and is a decent price for organic flour. We cook a lot of bread and pasta in our house and are always happy with the results. This the only brand of flour I have ever used, it is exceptional in quality. My mom used it and I still use it.

I only purchase king Arthur for my bread flour and regular flour. With all the glysophate in our non organic flours and wheats. I prefer not having weed killer poured into my foods I am going to ingest. Love this flour and will only use this flour!
