A little chewy and a little crunchy. Contains 20g whole grains as well as real mango and pineapple. Not too sweet and you can detect the fruits flavor. Healthy snack that's yummy and provides boost of energy. I like that they're individually wrapped so it's convenient to take on the go. Long shelf life but still tastes fresh. Good value.

I haven't tried that many protein bars, but this is definitely one of the better ones. Generous portion with mostly good ingredients with convenient packaging and a better flavor than most other options. I grabbed this one when I ran out of time for breakfast and was happy with how filling it was.

Kind bars are so good! So much better than others on the market. I bought these to have at work. This was a new flavor for me, and I wasn't disappointed. Not too sweet. Crunchy and chewy. No strange aftertaste. I will continue to purchase Kind bars. Highly recommend.
