I use this to add more flavor to my rice or chicken when I bake it. It's pretty good the only thing is that it can make your food a little salty so if you do decide to use this I wouldn't add too much salt to the dish.
I use this soy sauce on everything I cook. I literally have an addiction. I have no shame. Everyone should have some in their cabinet. Comes in handy when the Chinese food places don't give you enough.
