This is the only soy sauce I will use and I have to keep large bottles on hand as I use it a lot! The flavor is rich without being over powering. I use this in quite a few recipes but one of my favorites is a marinade that I use on ribs, chicken, steaks, I always make extra to spoon over white rice when I grill the meat. Ive tried other soy sauce but they sometimes are too salty or have this strong tang that I don’t like and even some that seem gritty. Kikkoman Soy Sauce is perfectly balanced in flavor.

Here’s a great recipe for you.

Chamorro marinade:

White vinegar
Kikkoman Soy Sauce
White onion- diced
Crushed red pepper flakes ( if you can find fresh crushed red pepper paste that’s best).
cayenne pepper if you want it spicy

I empty a whole bottle of the soy sauce into a large marinade container and then refill the soy sauce bottle with the vinegar so it’s equal amounts. Add the diced onion and sprinkle the red pepper to taste. The more red peppers the hotter the marinade. I normally add 2-4 tablespoons and 2 teaspoons of cayenne pepper. Stir to combine and (**) soak your meat for a minimum of 2 hrs but no more then 3. The longer it soaks the hotter it gets.
GRILL the meat till done! Delicious!

** Before soaking your meat pull some of the marinade out into a separate bowl and set it in fridge, you can use it to pour over white rice. I add chopped green onions to my rice.
This marinade is great on ribs, chicken and steak but you can also use it on fish, I’ve just never tried it.
Hope you try it and like it!

What I like about this product? This is the best soy sauce money can buy. It you’re at any sort of Asian bistro this is probably what soy sauce they’re using.

What I don’t like/ what I would change about this product? Nothing

Would I recommend? Yes

This is staple in our house! It great for all purpose cooking and dipping sauce. I use this in almost every meal I cook. It taste pretty decent but wouldn't say best of best since I am used to oneod those naturally brewed soy sauce when I was in Japan and they are less salty yet has umami. But this is a dupe with affordable price in the US.

Good soy sauce, I use it on my shrimp or chicken fried rice, put it on sushi, use it in stir fry, and a number of other recipes that require it on the ingredient list. Great price for the amount you get, and unless you plan on using it every day it will last a good amount of time.

I know it sounds kind of ridiculous to say that there are different tastes and variations of soy sauce, but believe it or not.. they really are all different from one another. That's why I stick to my favorite soy sauce when I cook, Kikkoman. Not only does it provide the saltiness and overall flavor I need, but it adds its own distinguished taste to my dish.

Soy Sauce is a great product to have around to add saltiness to any dish according to my daughter and we seem to go thru quite a bit of it... at least 1 bottle every 2 months. It is around 3 dollars for the restaurant looking bottle and does help pep up many noodle dishes. If you like soy sauce this product is one of the best and well worth the cost.

The king of all soy sauce! This is traditional soy sauce straight from Japan so it’s the real deal. This is what you will find all across Asia and there’s a reason why it’s sold in the states too! At the best of the best and super delicious to use as a topping and to cook with.
