Sorry if this is silly but I honestly have no clue.... What is the difference between bread crumbs and the panko crumbs?

These are Japanese bread crumbs. They are bigger and crispy. You can use them instead of on or in same recipes. If to bind I would soak with liquid of recipe. Also mixed with melted butter to put on casseroles

Its almost the same thing . Panko is bread crumbs with a japanees name 🙂
