Kikkoman is the best in terms of quality, natural ingredients, and consistency. A lot of the asian supermarket ones contain chemical additives to give it that color and flavor (msg!). Almost in the same quality category as Kikkoman is Lee Kum Kee soy sauces. They are mostly natural and also have a good flavor. All in all, Kikkoman is the stable soy sauce of asian families and has been for many years.
