These multivitamins for kids are ok. They taste like Swedish fish. They don’t have a high amount of vitamins or minerals. They are ok for kids with a balanced diet and no deficiencies. If your kids needs to fix deficiencies they will need a more powerful supplement.

My daughter loves these. She loves My Little Pony. It makes it easy for her to take her vitamins in the morning before school. She loves the taste, and I love that she’s getting her recommended vitamins daily. Win-win for me 😊

I have a picky eater and I was sceptical that she would try these, but she reminds me each day that she needs her vitamin. They have a great fruity flavor with no waxy or weird aftertaste, which is great. It’s a great theme to get my daughter to be interested enough to take them . The large container is convenient as it will last 3 months. Overall I think these are great and would definitely recommend.
