I only got a quick photo before my 7 year old tore it apart and it doesn't do this toy justice. Once you open it up, it came with so many tiny pieces inside. There were x rays, animals, bandages, a neck collar, even a syringe and a ton more. So detail oriented. It really competed with sets that are so much more expensive. So much more. Expensive. So much. I can't (and don't want to) say how much money I've wasted on other sets similar to this. Pieces get lost. Especially with pieces this tiny. They're kids. But with this set, you won't feel as poverty stricken by the price or miserable if things go missing. I might have loved it even more than my daughter.
