I love my Kia car however there is some major issues that have gone on and I wish I would have known before I bought this vehicle. All in all it drives good handles well has really good features but it has a major oil consumption issue. I highly recommend doing a lot of research and reading a lot of reviews before purchasing a vehicle. It only has a 88,000 mi on it and it already is requiring a new engine because of the oil consumption issue. The engine issue alone should not be happening this early but it is a V4 and I have been told that these engines have the most complications. I would not recommend this vehicle at all. Maybe a different model or a different year but these already are high theft cars and the Kia customer service and their management do absolutely nothing to help you. They said I qualified for the lawsuit but they want my engine to blow first. If they know my engine has an issue why not just go ahead and fix it why do they want me to wait for the whole engine to blow up that is so crazy to me. The car itself is not the best car either. If I could go back in time I definitely would not buy this vehicle because it is not worth it. It is a true living nightmare.
I’ve owned my 2019 Kia Optima LX for a while now and overall it’s been a good daily driver. It gets good gas mileage and has a lot of interior and trunk space, which makes it comfortable for everyday use and road trips.
That said, it hasn’t been perfect. I’ve experienced some intermittent issues, like the forward collision warning light turning on without a clear reason, and occasionally the horn will honk twice on its own. These don’t happen all the time, but they’re worth mentioning.
I own a Kia Optima and I love this car. It’s spacious. Lots of space for my family and shopping. The trunk is huge. Very comfortable. Great gas mileage and safety features.
