I've had Kia for 3 years, and it's a phenomenal car. I hate the service at my local Kia dealership, but the one we bought our car at in the next city over is amazing. I have a new Optima with many upgrades, and it has everything you could need... plus it's a very smooth riding car and extremely comfortable for a family of 5. It's best to shop around online before you commit to one car, we did that and found an amazing deal on a car with basically no miles. I highly recommend checking out Kia, they have great cars!

I have a Kia Optima and it’s so pretty inside and out and great in the snow. I absolutely love my car. I have not had a single problem with mine. Its fast and sporty. Fairly cheap, ans is amazing on gas. Its the only car ill take on vacation with me! I really trust this brand. Safe family car too!

We love our 2010 Kia Forte! The car has over 182k miles and still running well. We do the regular maintenance but have problems with the rear passenger side brakes quite often the last few years. We will definitely buy another Kia car but we will be very picky with the dealership. I have some bad experiences with the service department of some of them. Palmen Kia in WI was by far the worst service department- I won't even comment on it. Berwyn Kia, IL took care of my brakes and did a bad job, the service manager accused me of driving the car 150 miles with no brakes, and that was stupid because when they take the car in they write down the mileage, any one could see that I had driven just enough to get home. They then towed my car, gave me a loaner for a few more days until they finally fixed the brakes. I called the store manager to complain about the issue of being accused and apparently for his standards that type of accusation is solved by offering an apology himself and a free oil change. The one who caused the trouble never even apologized. To summarize, Kia has great cars but they need to improve their service department, those of us who bring the car to be serviced at the dealership expect at least a decent and respectful treatment.

All in all Kia is a great dealership. I only have a few complaints about them though. , we went in sometime in the morning say 10am 11ish. At this time they were not very busy. The dealer we had was very informative and went above and beyond to ensure us we were not leaving that car lot with out a new vehicle. We did some test driving and let them know our price range that we would not and could not budge on that. Proceeded giving them all the other hoopla we were seeking and we believe we finally found what met our criteria. Go back inside and wait another few hours dealing with dealer and bank negotiations. Now mind you, we had no money to put down on a car and only a trade in. They kept wheeling and dealing bringing us different offers but nothing we could afford. That kinda aggrivated me a bit considering we had already given them our specs and what we could do and NOT do. There was NO BUDGING ON THOSE FACTORS! Meanwhile dealerships getting slammed with customers. After another few hours they finally crunched the numbers and had a few banks biting on the baited line.. Paper work got started and after another long wait we walked out with a brand new car! I gave a Three star rating due to wait time and inability to comprehend the financial aspects of what we said we could and couldn't afford. Should not have been asked if we were able to go above 200 more then what we said we could NOT afford nor BUDGE ON!. Not sure if they were overwhelmed with the amount of human traffic coming through the doors and saw money signs in front of their eyes or were just hoping we would get sick of waiting and agree to anything they brought us hoping to get us out the door and in the new car faster. I had all day to wait, waiting for aslong as we had already done so wasn't going to make me budge on the offers. Besides that any issue or questions we had after purchase were thoroughly addressed and their garage workers are excellent in getting you into appointments for routine maintenance as fast as possible. Always smiling faces and never made to feel like you don't belong in this dealership!

I currently drive a Kia Picanto, and although is a small car its amazing, I love it so much, I learnt to drive in this car, and one of the most important things about this car is that it wont spend a lot of gas, so it helps me saving a lot of money. It looks small, but on the inside is bigger than you think, I helped my parents moving to another house and my little Kia Picanto car was absolutely helpful. Loving Kia.

Kia Sephia 🙃 was an okay car. Dealership where I purchased it and it sent me to another dealership to have work done on it they wouldn't work on it had me buy another vehicle I would not recommend keys they are cheap built cars not made for mountains the reason they don't cost much is because they're just not made out of much if you don't have much money to spend you get what you pay for

On my 2 nd Kia in 4 yrs ... I lease and now thinking of purchasing mine. From my turbo charge optima to my fully loaded soul I never had any issues with my Kia. Great appearance and prices are good in Kia
Customer service has always been exceptional . Only thing is the optima was not great in the snow so didn't keep it further after my lease

My dad got me a 2016 Kia Sportage last year and it has been nothing but great. It's an incredible upgrade to what I was previously driving (2005 Saturn Ion). My brother drives a 2015 Chevy Traverse and they are quite similar. Both the interior and exterior are sleek and modernized, and I am very pleased with everything so far. I think I'll be sticking to Kia!

I have a Kia Rio EX that I purchased brand new in May of 2013. I was deciding between getting a new Hyundai Elantra (which I currently owned) and the Kia. Both cars were affordable and compact, but I decided on the Kia because I loved the UVO electronic package with the back-up camera. I did expect it to have navigation, which is an upgraded option. but mine did not and I blame myself for not going over the whole package with the salesman when taking it for a test drive.

The cons:
1. While it gets great gas milage, the gas tank isn't as big as I needed (I drive 70 miles a day to work) and I have to fill up every six days.
2. One other negative is that the Kia Rio does not come with a spare tire! What it does have is an air pump. But that wouldn't be much help in the case of a blow-out. And the only place you can get a spare tire is from the dealership who wants to charge you about 3 times the price. If you don't want to spend $300 on a spare tire, you can go to a junk yard and try to find a similar model and buy a tire from there. I have yet to do this however.
3. The passenger seat is very low. There is no option to raise it on my model. So if you are short like me, you might need to sit on a pillow to be able to see the road.

But overall, I like my Kia Rio. I got it for a good deal, and it's very easy to drive. The sales process was very smooth as I did all my bargaining online before I went to purchase. Their customer service at my local dealership is fantastic.
