Highly recommend this product! For speed, convenient, and consistent brewing. Every morning I get a cup of coffee before going to work. It is a good way to start my day.

I loved this at first, very ascetically pleasing and slim, it’s not a bug bulky machine, but it became a bit of a nuisance shortly after getting it. Anytime we’ve tried to use a reusable kcup, it doesn’t work, it’s constantly clogging or dispersing the wrong amount of water or just won’t dispense at all without powering it off and unplugging it to reset it. We’ve cleaned/descaled it as we should and the light won’t turn off, says it needs water when it doesn’t. It just has a lot of issues for what we paid for it. I would recommend a different model as we’ve never has issues with our precious ones, or perhaps look at other brands, i think after this one well be looking at another option for sure.
