You can use three different size cups, I believe it’s around 6oz, 8 Oz and 12 Oz I will say for a large mug you usually need to use two K cups for a stronger brew and to fill it all the way. I usually use one on the small cup setting and then one on the medium setting for a large travel mug. For a regular small cup its perfect. It has an automatic shut off but if you pick the wrong size cup for the cup you are using it can possibly overflow.

My keurig single cup is an older model and the instructions foe iced coffee were to remove the drip tray and use a tall non glass cup filled with ice but it still brews hot. Now from what i understand, even the newer models brew hot but the iced coffee setting selects the optimal size and strength for iced coffee. I just use the small cup setting for stronger coffee as the melting ice may dilute it. I hope this helps.

If you have to turn it on everytime you want a cup of coffee, it takes closer to 5mins or less. If you keep it on, just put a kcup in and choose desired size and it you have a cup of coffee within a minute!

You should brew 2 smaller cups as the bigger the cup the weaker the coffee unless you get your own reusable k cup . I pack a reusable k cup with a strong coffee for my coffee.

Yes, very easy to use and clean. I use mine every day several times a day for the last 10 years and only had to clean internally once by running a water and vinegar solution thru it. outside wipes clean easily and the drip tray comes right out and washes clean easily.
