I love having one of these! K cups can get expensive if you go through more than one cup of coffee a day and this provides a good alternative. You also have a lot more options as to what kind of coffee you want and you aren't limited to the coffee only in pre made K cups.
This works good if you don't like to buy the single cups. It also saves you money because you will have wayy more than just the 18 pack of the little cups. You can also choose which coffee you want.
I love this cup! I can fill my own coffee with it and just put it in the coffee maker. Also buying my own coffee to use in the kcup is easier and cheaper than buying individual cups
I love the convenience of brewing a single cup but hated how much waste the pods created so I'm obsessed with this! I do miss the variety of being able to have a different flavor brew each time.
This is a great reusable kcup! The plastic it issue out of it very sturdy! It's a little hard to clean out without getting coffee everywhere but a simple rinse in the sink with the sprayer helps!
I love having the option of using this for loose ground coffee when I can't find a certain brand/brew in a pod. Plus it's obviously better for the environment to not use the pods, which is a major factor to consider when using a Keurig and their non biodegradable pods.
Any coffee, any time. I like to get my own grounds and this is what I needed for the longest time. Annoying part is rinsing it since the grounds don't always get out but it's not life changing.
I began using these in addition to my disposables. I feel so much better putting the remains in my garden. I think we were throwing away up to six per day. That really adds up in the landfill.
I wanted to love this and while I'll still use it, I have found it let's coffee granules into my coffee cup. I've tried different levels of coffee in the k cup as well as making sure everything is clean on the inside. Not a favorite product and rarely use anymore.
I do many tea detox and I love this k cup because you can put your own coffee/ loose leaf tea inside and brew and not worry about putting it in a tea diffuser or coffee filter.
Q & A
I love that we can save money from buying K-cups by using bags of coffee with different flavors. I don't like the fact that I get coffee residue on the bottom and the top of my coffee cup. I've tried so many different coffee and I still get residue either floating and on bottom or just sitting at the bottom. I rarely use it now because that issue.
Is this much better than just using the pre-made K Cups? I haven't tried it yet...
I've been searching for the 2.0 Kcups and filter but can't find them. Where can you buy them in person?
Does this help to save money? Is it more trouble?
Has your cup ever stopped working / ended up breaking? My "bo bo" purple k cup recently stopped working in my 2.0 wahhh :"""(
