It is affordable but the value is great! The aroma of aged cheese and its flavor is *french kiss*. First thing that hits your mouth will be the sharp savory and saltiness of aged cheese. Then, comes the creaminess. I used it on a toast, but will definitely use it to make mac and cheese with this later.
Kerrygold’s Dubliner Cheese is an Irish diary product I consume regularly. It is a mild, slightly salty, and tasty cheese. Initially I was not sure if this brand would be too salty like its butter. The flavor is just right. It is noteably a harder cheese that also crumbles. I just add the crumbles back into a dish.
We normally buy the large brick from Costco. Each ounce is 110 calories. I can easy eat 2-3 ounces of cubed or sticks of cheese and fruit for breakfast. I also add sticks of cheese into my rice/noodles and bean soup dish. The part underneath the bean soup melts well, while the part not touching liquid is harder to melt. I have added thinly sliced Dubliner Cheese onto my pizza. I will not hesitate to buy a brick each visit to Costco.
I got this cheese for no charge (at a food drive) and this was a good and delicious cheese. Full of flavor, but I wish it was larger! I would consider getting this cheese again!
