This cheese is 10/10. If you love a strong cheese with moderately firm texture you will love this. Very rich and bold cheddar with a sharper taste without being too overpowering that you cringe. This made an outstanding grilled cheese sandwich! Very pricey but worth every penny if you can find it on sale. Will definitely buy this again.
