I love the taste , and I love that is made from grass fed cow milk . This is the only butter I can eat without guilt any other butter will give me horrible breakouts . I like it cold from the fridge because the consistency is harder , but my kids likes it from room temperature because is more moldeable . I used it in every dish possible and just with a toast is heaven on earth .
