This dressing is alright. Definitely has a strong taste, but not the best Caesar I’ve ever had that’s for sure. I would have appreciated more creaminess and hint of lemon. Wouldn’t grab it again at the store but would eat if it was dressing option.

Tried this for the first time via a ready made salad from a hotel bistro after hours, and while flavorful and not disgusting, it is very tangy. If you’re looking for a fast premade, it may work for your citrus loving, sour candy aficionados.
