12 grams of protein in a bar, heck yeah! This bar is perfect when you are in a pinch and need a quick bite. It is also great to have right before the gym to help reach dietary goals. The flavor is good and reminiscent of a pop tart to me. The outside reminds me of a frozen yogurt/white chocolate.

Super nice Strawberry Flavor. The bar isn’t too dry and it stays intact. I know most bars tend to fall apart or are very tough to bite. It’s honestly nice to have if you’re rushing to work and don’t have time for a instant meal. It’ll keep you energized long enough until you can eat properly.
