I have had kaz SmartTemp moist heating pad for years! It can be warmed up in the microwave for heat. If put in the freezer, it can be used as a cooling pad. I bought this one for helping with the pain my tmj causes me. It is reusable and has a cover that can me washed in a machine. This pad hasn't let me down yet.
