i’ve always seen this every time i go to the store by cheeses, now i’ve never heard of port wine cheese or anything but the name and the color always had me curious about it. last night, i hit the bullet and decided to give it a try, didn’t know what to expect, didn’t read the label, just grabbed it and placed it in my basket. here i am a day later about to finish the little tub with wheat thin crackers, i am hooked and a little sad i didn’t try it sooner.
