I like this Neil polish. dryes fust, has good scent, stays quiet long. Shiny. it has perfect brush for easily apply polish. i have several colours and I love them all.

Zoey is one of my favorite polishes- A dusty, greigey, cool rose. Like all KL polishes, it applies smoothly and cleanly. The shape of the brush really makes avoiding the cuticle line a bit easier than other polishes. It's quite opaque on first application but two really seals the deal. It doesn't take too long to dry but if you have a fast-drying top coat to put over it, that's even better.
