I love buying online. It's convenient and easy. I think they have pretty good customer service. I have probably called a hand full of times and haven't had a problem they couldn't fix.

Last few years have become a fan of Kate Spade. Used to purchase other brands but now they are my go to. Love their website in that you can purchase online & have shipped. Great when you need something but can't get out. They also do alot of sales around holidays which is my prime time to purchase.
