Kat Von D Lock-It Tattoo Foundation
This is my go to foundation for any special event just because it has full coverage and it photographs great! The finish of it it's matte which I love but The down side of it it's that since it is full coverage sometimes it can look cakey if I wear it for too long
I love this product. It gives me full coverage and I only need to apply just a small amount and my face is fully covered. It doesn't make my face look like it's caked on with a whole lot of make up. It has a matte finish that I love a lot. And I will buy again.
Yes yes yes!! If you have oily skin I think you'll love this foundation!!! It definitely kept me matte. It's also a foundation with very very good coverage, full id say but you can definitely tone it done. I would always get compliments on how flawless my face looked
This stuff is thick. If you like full coverage then this is your foundation! you need to apply and blend it quickly though or else it's tough to work with. you only need one layer of this stuff to cover even the most stubborn marks or scars.
I really enjoyed this foundation. There is a wide range of colors and I really like the formula/consistency. I would buy again, but for a better value I'd probably buy the one with the beautyblender, as neither are very inexpensive. If only sephora could hook me up w the right shade lol
I got this as a sample in Sephora because I finally found a shade that worked for me. I definitely won't purchase. It was cakey and it transferred every time I touched my face even with a setting spray. I'm glad I didn't waste money on it
This stuff is amazing! It's full coverage, it does not feel heavy at all! And I love the fact that she has a shade for every skin tone! It's so easy to apply and it is long lasting! It is the only foundation that I use unless I get samples to try out and find new product.
This is going to cover EVERYTHING , even things you didn't think you had .. Very full coverage somewhat drying but overall great product . It's really matte for my liking to use everyday so I only use it when I know I need my makeup to last for more than 7 hours !
This foundation is seriously amazing. I don't know how I ever lived without it. It conceals EVERYTHING and stays on all day and night, especially when combined with a setting spray. Also, a little goes a long way with this stuff. 1 or 2 pumps will cover your entire face
This is one of the best foundation s I have ever used! I love the coverage medium to full. I really am able to cover up my tattoos with this foundation. It's not oily and lasts all day. Would recommend for anyone is a little on the higher end price range but worth the price!!!
Q & A
What is the best way to apply? fingers? brush? beauty blender?
Okay, I've been eyeing this for a while but I just don't want to buy a high end foundation again and be as disappointed as I was with the Too Faced Born This Way 😩 I have oily, acne prone, combination skin with a super dry nose. I have a lot of redness from acne and so on and I want something that covers it all instantly! I want something that stays matte all day, with or without primer, and doesn't melt off no matter the weather. I am super light (like ghost light) as well with a yellow undertone and wonder if they have any good shades. Does it oxidize? Does it wear off around the nose? Can you apply it both with a Beauty Blender and a brush? Would you say this is a foundation for me?
Does this foundation come on very thick?
I have Rosacea, would this be able to cover up my rosy red cheeks?
Is this a full coverage foundation that works with hyperpigmentation?
