Kat Von D Lock-It Tattoo Foundation
As a nurse we are not allowed to have anything on the skin showing outside of uniform. This product is great for covering up tattoos or birth marks if you wanted to.
This foundation is so full coverage! A little bit goes a long way. If you apply a lot it can look caky. I apply this foundation with a beauty blender because it looks more natural. This is the foundation I use when I'm breaking out because I know it will cover my imperfections. Overall a great foundation
I at first was very skeptical about the fact that this was a very full covarge foundation and since I tend to sweat alot I usually go for a very light covarge because heavy stuff will turn can't or white and look horrible... Well first a small little bit covers so much so this Wil last forever, the color is so perfect to my skin color which usually is hard... I wore it all day while running around and even though I was sweating horribly as long as I blotted the sweat it didn't turn on me. Stayed in place and looked amazing until I washed it off. I also likes that even though I have sensitive skin I didn't have a reaction for waering this all day... a beautiful product that I am 100% behind... Kat Von D Lock-It Tattoo Foundation

Love this foundation it's super full coverage. I would definitely recommend specially if you have combination skin, it does great on my face. It pumps so easily and I love that so much about it. Definitely a ride or die.

I think this product has a decent full coverage foundation for the price but it wore very cakey looking on my face. It's not a very lightweight foundation either. Also if you sweat the product seems to break down and separate. Not my favorite.
Q & A
What is the best way to apply? fingers? brush? beauty blender?
Okay, I've been eyeing this for a while but I just don't want to buy a high end foundation again and be as disappointed as I was with the Too Faced Born This Way 😩 I have oily, acne prone, combination skin with a super dry nose. I have a lot of redness from acne and so on and I want something that covers it all instantly! I want something that stays matte all day, with or without primer, and doesn't melt off no matter the weather. I am super light (like ghost light) as well with a yellow undertone and wonder if they have any good shades. Does it oxidize? Does it wear off around the nose? Can you apply it both with a Beauty Blender and a brush? Would you say this is a foundation for me?
Does this foundation come on very thick?
I have Rosacea, would this be able to cover up my rosy red cheeks?
I really want to give this foundation a try and I have been hearing mixed reviews. Is this product worth the money or should I try something different?
