Kat Von D Lock-It Tattoo Foundation
This is one of the few liquid foundations I can actually put on my face without my lips taking it all away. It can look a little cakey however so I recommend using a beauty blender to apply this product.
This is the thickest mousest foundation I've ever put on my face, I have oily skin so even when I set my face after wearing it my pores show SO much and I just get so frustrated with it and it's not my favorite.
This foundation is my favorite one I have ever used. It is sooo worth the money you pay for it. It lasts you a long time because a little goes a long way. The coverage is awesome and the wear is very long lasting! It isn't oily at all!
First off if you have combination skin/oily skin this foundation is definitely not for you. I have been wearing Estee Lauder Double wear foundation for about 3+ years now and it is my holy grail foundation. However, I did want to try this foundation because I've heard it being hyped up so much on youtube. When I got it I was SO EXCITED to try it out! When i started to apply it, it went on beautifully, I loved the finish! But, sadly... after not even an hour the area on my T-zone started cracking ALL OVER. (Yes, i did wash, moisture and prime my face before and set my face after with setting spray) I have NEVER had this problem with my Estee Lauder EVER. I was so disappointed! I wanted this foundation to work so badly on my face I even tried it serval times using different methods, but NOTHING worked. Don't waste your time, if you want full coverage Estee is 110% the way to go! It lasts at least 18 hours + on the face!

I fairly enjoyed the product when I first bought it and I loved it, but then after a while the foundation made me look too cakey and dry - which is not what I want. For the time being I did like it at first but down the line not so much.

Full coverage! I love that this is a super full coverage foundation! I have oily skin and this doesn't make me anymore oily! However it can get cakey fast if you apply to much!! I would definitely purchase this again! It can be found at sephora!!
This foundation is not my favorite but I don't hate it either. It had good coverage. But it dried on my face before I could fully blend it out which is something I did not like. I would buy this again.
Q & A
What is the best way to apply? fingers? brush? beauty blender?
Okay, I've been eyeing this for a while but I just don't want to buy a high end foundation again and be as disappointed as I was with the Too Faced Born This Way 😩 I have oily, acne prone, combination skin with a super dry nose. I have a lot of redness from acne and so on and I want something that covers it all instantly! I want something that stays matte all day, with or without primer, and doesn't melt off no matter the weather. I am super light (like ghost light) as well with a yellow undertone and wonder if they have any good shades. Does it oxidize? Does it wear off around the nose? Can you apply it both with a Beauty Blender and a brush? Would you say this is a foundation for me?
Does this foundation come on very thick?
I have Rosacea, would this be able to cover up my rosy red cheeks?
I really want to give this foundation a try and I have been hearing mixed reviews. Is this product worth the money or should I try something different?
