Kat Von D Lock-It Tattoo Foundation
I use this foundation and it's amazing on my combo skin. I get oily throughout the day but this still reads nicely and covers what I need it to. On days I don't need full coverage I can sheer it out by using a wet beauty blender to apply.

Best foundation I've ever tried hands down. Worth the money and last for a good few months and that's with a lot of usage. You don't need that much because it covers like a dream. Great shade range, transfer proof. Does what it promises.

It is a good foundation. Has an amazing coverage and staying power but it is slightly drying even on my oily-combination skin. And it does feel slightly heavy on your skin. Overall it isn't a bad foundation. It depends on your preference.
I'm not the biggest fan of this foundation so far, I have oily skin & found this to be way too drying on the face, leaving areas like my nose, patchy. Full coverage & a very thick consistency which i liked. I'm going to try it with different products and see if it might work.
I live for this foundation, it's the best foundation on the market right now, high end or drug store. This foundation is amazing, long lasting, lovely finish, doesn't crease and gives a FULL coverage! I highly highly recommend this

I have been using this foundation for a good while now and I have already repurchased my second bottle. I wear this everyday as it offers a gorgeous full coverage matte finish. It also lasts all day on my oily skin, which is brilliant.

full coverage foundation, easy to remove and is long lasting. has a fair amount for the price and I have purchased this product two times now. It is easy to apply with a beauty blender. I would recommend it to others that like a more full coverage foundation that lasts all day.
I like the lock it foundation I currently have, one of my former jobs did not approve of tattoos, so I was using this product almost on a daily basis. It is not only great for covering tattoos bit scars and uneven skin tones as well I would highly recommend it to anyone who works for a company that do not approve of tattoos
This foundation had great coverage but it was super thick and I found it was cakey at times. I bought it online and ended up getting a shade that was way too light, so I mixed it with a darker toned BB cream to darken the colour and thin out the foundation making it less cakey.
Q & A
What is the best way to apply? fingers? brush? beauty blender?
Okay, I've been eyeing this for a while but I just don't want to buy a high end foundation again and be as disappointed as I was with the Too Faced Born This Way 😩 I have oily, acne prone, combination skin with a super dry nose. I have a lot of redness from acne and so on and I want something that covers it all instantly! I want something that stays matte all day, with or without primer, and doesn't melt off no matter the weather. I am super light (like ghost light) as well with a yellow undertone and wonder if they have any good shades. Does it oxidize? Does it wear off around the nose? Can you apply it both with a Beauty Blender and a brush? Would you say this is a foundation for me?
Does this foundation come on very thick?
I have Rosacea, would this be able to cover up my rosy red cheeks?
I really want to give this foundation a try and I have been hearing mixed reviews. Is this product worth the money or should I try something different?
