Kat Von D Lock-It Tattoo Foundation
This foundation is beautiful! It looks amazing on the skin, and paired with a pore-filling primer? Flawless! Absolutely stunning foundation. Even at it’s not-so-affordable price, I believe that it’s worth every penny if you’ve been looking for a long time to find the perfect, long lasting, full coverage product.
This is my most recent beauty discovery. M absolute staple foundation at the moment. Its super long lasting, comes in a great colour range and doesn't leave my face all greasy. I only wish the bottle had more in it as it doesn't last as long as other bottles of foundation I have tried.
Holy grail foundation! This foundation is so full coverage no matter what my skin is looking like this foundation makes me look flawless! This is a nice soft matte finish and I personally think it's best for combination/oily skin. It's the only high end foundation I've ever repurchased!

When I first used this foundation it worked like a dream, but on my second purchase along with the Kat Von D powder, it would always rub off my face as soon as I put on the powder ( I don't know why ) other than that the coverage is amazing and the colour blended so well with my skin !

I like this foundations solely for the coverage, I have acne scars so it covers with one coat and no spot concealer! I do find it looks very carly and clings to any dry patches you may have I also find it does oxidize more often than not while on my face but as for coverage it's amazing
This is one of my favourite foundations. It is really full coverage as it covers every single blemish that you may have. I apply it using my damp beauty blender and it gives my face a flawless look. I wear this when I want to go all out with my makeup. A little of this goes a long way.
I really loved how fair her shades went but sadly, even though it claims to be full coverage, it did not cover my spots/scars nearly close enough to be considered full coverage (in my opinion). I even tried to build it up letting layers dry down in between. It also creased and clung to my dry spots.
I have this foundation in the shade Light 45 warm and it is the best foundation I've ever used. It also ist the most expensive I've got but it's worth every penny. Full coverage doesn't even make justice to this product. It's simply so good, awesome!! I'm still so impressed by this one.
Q & A
What is the best way to apply? fingers? brush? beauty blender?
Okay, I've been eyeing this for a while but I just don't want to buy a high end foundation again and be as disappointed as I was with the Too Faced Born This Way 😩 I have oily, acne prone, combination skin with a super dry nose. I have a lot of redness from acne and so on and I want something that covers it all instantly! I want something that stays matte all day, with or without primer, and doesn't melt off no matter the weather. I am super light (like ghost light) as well with a yellow undertone and wonder if they have any good shades. Does it oxidize? Does it wear off around the nose? Can you apply it both with a Beauty Blender and a brush? Would you say this is a foundation for me?
Does this foundation come on very thick?
I have Rosacea, would this be able to cover up my rosy red cheeks?
I really want to give this foundation a try and I have been hearing mixed reviews. Is this product worth the money or should I try something different?
