Kat Von D Lock-It Tattoo Foundation
This is a FULL coverage foundation with a matte, but not flat finish. Wears for hours without breakup and resists transferring, but not suited for dry skin to dry/combo skin. A great pick if you are oily!
This is my favorite foundation it is full coverage and lasts all day👏🏻 I love using it everyday no matter where I go. It’s vegan and cruelty free which makes me love it even more. Props to Kat for being so awesome!!
I’m not sure how i️ feel about this foundation. It is on the medium to heavy coverage. But sometimes when i️ apply it it looks patchy and i️ don’t like that. I️ do however like their shade range because they have lots of different colors.

For the longest time I’ve been using Urban Decay All Nighter and I decided to give this a try since I love the tattoo liner. It covers up every blemish and it stays most of the day. I prefer it over MAC as well. Would highly recommend to others.
Absolutely love this foundation! I have dry skin and then rosatia and this product has great coverage and lasts all day! Best one I’ve found so far for my skin issues. Will buy again and have already recommended to others!

Extremely thick full coverage foundation. Will cover up acne if you have a lot to cover up but looks very very cakey on the skin. Even the thinnest layer looks very heavy. If you like more natural looking foundation this is not for you...

Kat is my girl! I love her lipsticks and councilor, but i don't know how to feel about her foundations!?! They were just way too matte in my opinion. And my face it's not that oily or dry, so maybe thats why it didn't went with my face.
Q & A
What is the best way to apply? fingers? brush? beauty blender?
Okay, I've been eyeing this for a while but I just don't want to buy a high end foundation again and be as disappointed as I was with the Too Faced Born This Way 😩 I have oily, acne prone, combination skin with a super dry nose. I have a lot of redness from acne and so on and I want something that covers it all instantly! I want something that stays matte all day, with or without primer, and doesn't melt off no matter the weather. I am super light (like ghost light) as well with a yellow undertone and wonder if they have any good shades. Does it oxidize? Does it wear off around the nose? Can you apply it both with a Beauty Blender and a brush? Would you say this is a foundation for me?
Does this foundation come on very thick?
Is this a full coverage foundation that works with hyperpigmentation?
I have Rosacea, would this be able to cover up my rosy red cheeks?
