Kat Von D Lock-it Setting Powder
This powder is amazing! I can go on, how great it is. Doesn’t give you flashback on pictures. Doesn’t crease your concealer when you bake. I have re-purchased this product twice. Overall worth the price
This setting powder is amazing for baking! I use this everyday under my eyes to set my concealer and it works miracles. Your foundation and concealer won’t move at all and you won’t look cakey and it will cover any fine lines you have.
This is a good powder, very finely milled and great at locking your makeup in place all day. However, I have noticed that sometimes it does slightly give a whitecast, so I do not wear this if I know I am going to be in photographs. I do use this as an every-day powder.
One of the most finely milled setting powders out there. I love it but I have to be careful when my skin is drier or in the colder months. I do also get flashback with this, so if that’s a concern you may want to proceed with caution.
This is definitely tied with number one powder. This bakes and sets my face to look flawless and works to keep the liquids I use on all day, Estée Lauder Double Wear and NARS creamy concealer. I have found it doesn’t work the best with shape tape though. I don’t get creasing under my eye and it doesn’t dry out the areas I use it. I would recommend this powder to anyone wanting to try it!!
This product, like most Kat Von D products, was excruciatingly drying. You want a setting powder to lock in a look and keep you from getting oily, but this one just made me look chalky and dried out. It clinged to dry patches I didn't know I had before using this powder.
Pricier for my taste. But it is a quality product. I do like how fine it is and how much more coverage it offers (yes it's translucent. But blends the base together so well it enhances coverage look).
I was looking for a good setting powder that I could also use for baking. Since I dont like to bake for my everyday look, I love to use this Kat Von D Lock-it setting powder. I love to use this setting powder for baking! There is a lot of product and is worth the price. I apply the powder with a dry beauty blender and usually leave it on for 2-5 minutes depending what look I’m going for.
