Kat Von D Lock-it Setting Powder
Amazing! This gives me a brightening effect while also a beautiful finish to my face. It blurs imperfections and leaves my skin luminous. It sets my makeup perfectly all day! What is not to love! I will never be without this HG powder!
I do like this product and would have no problem using it again. However, it is not my favorite product on the market. I would continue to use Laura products over this.
This powder is great! The powder is fine and feels super smooth on my face. It's also translucent enough where it deoesn't leave a white cast on my face. It instantly mattifies and lasts pretty long. The only thing that would've made it perfect is if it was more travel friendly and came with a puff. I recently traveled with it and when I opened it there was powder all over me. I received this for free for testing purposes.
I dig this setting powder! In addition to using it to set the Lock-It Concealer under my eyes, I dusted a bit on my t-zone to keep shine at bay. Even after hours outside in the heat, my look was shine-free! I had previously used loose powders from Ben Nye and Covergirl, but neither gave me the long lasting results I got from Kat Von D. 💜💁🏼
Not my favorite product. My favorite is still the Laura Mercier Translucent Setting Powder. The packaging is beautiful and sturdy. The product itself is good. The powder is very finely milled, but along with finely milled powder comes a lot of powder kicking off the brush when you use it. It gets everywhere. It's good for setting undereye concealer but for my medium skintone I feel like it washes me out a little. Overall, the product is good.
Has a pink undertone so people with yellow or golden undertones like me... don't buy. Not near as good as the Ben Nye powder, and it does have a rather horrid flashback
This picture was a stillshot in one of my new uploads to my channel. I had plenty of lights on and even took photos with flash. Kat really took the cake with this powder. I will purchase again and again and again. If you want to save or just try it out before buying the large container, sephora has the trial size. I'm in love. It sets my concealer and my whole face and leaves NO FLASHBACK. My WOC know how important it is to have a setting powder that gives no flashback.
This products worked good. It wasn’t the best setting powder I’ve ever used but it wasn’t bad either. Use lightly. It’s creases and cakes up if you don’t use sparingly
No flash back no creasing is amazing sometimes us women with color can't never get a setting powder without having to deal with flash back I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a 30 dollar setting powder
