Kat Von D Lock-it Setting Powder
This is my third purchase of a setting powder, the first being BECCA (which was way too golden for my pale skin) and Laura Mercier, which was great, just pricey. This powder is PERFECT and a great price. It feels lightweight and gives great finishing looks!
The best setting powder EVER! Comes with a cute little powder puff that actually works with the product. Sturdy packaging, fragrance free, and easy to travel with. It's on the pricey side, but the quality is well worth it!
I've only ever gotten to use this product once as a sampler, but Lordy, Kat Von D knows what she is doing in the make up world. Most setters leave my skin looking flaky or dried out. This one is ideal and I recommend it if you love the rest of her products.
I love this stuff !! It doesn't cast any white color on your face, it doesn't sink into pores or fine lines, it blurs the skin all together and makes it look beautifully finished without a flat powdery look. It looks like skin! The packaging is cute so that's a plus, not to mention it lasts FOREVER ! Much better then any other powder high end or drug store.
I love Kat Von D products. It’s very gentle on the skin which is perfect for people who have extremely sensitive skin. I also have an issue with my face getting super oily throughout my day, and when I set my make up in the morning with this power I do notice a lot less shine! Also the price isn’t bad either!
This powder is sp finely milled and so perfect for setting your under-eye area, baking, setting your face, anything. It's so lightweight. Doesn't make your skin look dry. It doesn't cling onto dry patches. My favorite powder currently. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an amazing setting powder.
OMG I cannot absolutely rave about the kat von d lock-it setting powder enough. It sets my makeup and my full face lasts for hours, even when my toddler touches my face. I look like a porcelain doll and everyone always asks me what I use and where I got it.
It’s a pretty great translucent powder. It’s nice and finely mild. The only thing I don’t like about it is that does tend to make my undereye look too white when I set my concealer. I wouldn’t recommend baking with this, just use a small amount on a brush and tap off the excess and tap gently under the eye.

Definitely sets your makeup...there's is literally NO chance your look will run or fade at all and provides a matte finish. My nose tends to get a bit oily but this keeps my makeup on and won't smear off my nose. It does it's job SO well that it dries my skin out if I "bake" it at all, especially under eyes.
I liked this powder better than the LM powder, but found that it still made its way into my fine lines and cracks. It was better for baking, but not perfect. I have very dry skin and I don't think that this powder is made for people with dry skin. I'll use it over my T zone, but that's about it.
