Kat Von D Lock-it Setting Powder
Just got this stuff! It's great. Love the way it sets my concealer. Very easy to apply. Doesn't require a ton. Hold makeup in place for most of the day! I have combination skin and I haven't had any problems with it making my face cakey. I will definitely buy this again.
I got this product as a sample when I bought the lock it foundation. The first time I wore the foundation I didn’t use the powder but on my second time I did and I notice how my skin looked better specially around my acne scars and large pores.. great product is super light a little goes a long way and it didn’t dry out my skin.
Where to begin?! Such a great product! I'm in love with this baby. It's so light weight and it keeps my makeup in place! I've recently tried this makeup tips where you submerged your face in water and this product just made that trick work excellent! I'm for sure sticking to this amazing product!!
The packaging is really sleek & cute with the powder coming out of a Star shape. It is a little expensive and their are cheaper options that work as well like Coty airspun. It is very finely milled so it does fly around way too much for my liking, but it is still a good powder that works really well keeping Makeup in place.
This KVD setting powder works really well for my combination skin during the summer months. It helps my foundation look matte but not flat for several hours. I will probably have to switch to something more hydrating for the harsh winter months, but I still will use the KVD to set my nose and forehead to avoid looking greasy.
I really love Kat Von D's setting powder line! It really does hold your makeup but it doesn't look cakey. I really love the way my face looks when I use it! I love the variety of Shades that she offers. I have a few different ones depending on the season. This is probably my favorite setting powder!
It is a bit heavy you can definitely tell you’re wearing make up but it does a magnificent job of covering and keeping in place. I began with the travel size and have yet to need to purchase the full size, it lasts a long time! If you like things to look a little more dramatic over natural, but still tasteful I recommend!
I use the translucent setting powder. This powder is very good for setting concealer & drying up excess liquid makeup still left on your face. It's easy to apply. I have not experienced any flashback with this product, which is great because nobody wants that! I love the airbrushed look it gives my face when I use it!
This has lasted FOREVER. I use it daily and it has lasted me for so long. I really like it, it sets my concealer (under my eyes) well without getting cakey. It provides a nice matte finish and helps my makeup stay in place all day. Its not super reflective in harsh lighting or pictures either which is a plus. I will definitely be buying again.
Amazing! This is one of my go to setting powders. It works wonders for under eyes and I haven't had any issues with creasing! It applies beautifully all over the face and keeps my makeup in place all day long. This is a product I will most likely always have a back up of. I would 100% recommend this product to others.
