This is a great product but it’s very heavy. This is definitely not something you would want to bake with or let sit under your eyes for a very long period of time. I actually stopped using it on my under eyes completely but keep in mind that I am 31 so certain powders can make my skin look much more mature than it is. As far as keeping makeup in place, it definitely does it’s job with that! If you set your whole face with this stuff, your founfation isn’t going anywhere until you take it off! I do recommend this product, I would just be careful with the under eyes at first. Make sure you try just setting concealer before you try baking with it.

Ok so I just picked this up from Sephora about a month ago when it was on sale for $15 dollars (can we say steal) and I am obsessed!! I currently have been using this every time I do my makeup, I love the golden/yellow tone which compliments my skin so well. It literally melts into your skin and makes your under eye look flawless! I don’t bake with it, I just press it into the skin and it’s so pretty. It’s finely milled and I cannot argue with the price at all. Things I don’t like is the amount of product you get which is not a lot. It also gives flashback which makes me sad but it’s not a complete deal breaker for me.

I have the shade petal and while it’s a decent setting powder I don’t think it’s meant for someone as pale as me. They do have a matte finish and it’s very powdery. I feel like this would be a good one to back with. My problem is it darkens my undereyes more than brightens them. Like I had been using it for a while and I really liked it to set everything but I started noticing my under eyes were darker than the rest of my face so I stopped using it.

I just recently started using this brightening powder in the shade Petal (powder pink/brightens light skin tones.) I like to use it to set my undereye concealer and it definitely works to brighten that area. It’s a lightweight powder that doesn’t settle into fine lines or look cakey. My main complaint is that you only get 0.29 oz of product for $25! I honestly thought that they had accidentally sent me the travel size when I ordered it from Sephora. Price aside, I think that this is an excellent loose powder.

I use this to set my under eye area as well as my t-zone. For my under eyes I feel like it shows all of my fine lines and it for sure settles in them. For my t-zone I find that it keeps me matte all day long and even keeps my foundation together. It does not have a scent to it. The packaging is super cute and the holes are quite big so easy to get the product out. It is a very fine powder. Kat Von D Lock-it Setting Powder

This powder is great for setting concealer. It highlights the Hugh points of your face and gives off a nice sheer yet matte finish. It isn’t the best if you bake your skin, because I find it gets crusty fast, but I like to apply with a beauty blender and then blend with a powder brush. It absorbs pils an it’s inclusive for all skin tones. It also is cruelty free which is always the best way to go

This is exactly what I was looking for, a yellow toned power for highlighting the under eyes. It brightens without making my skin look too pale or ashy. However, I don’t know if it would work for skin tones much darker than mine. I like how smooth it applies, and it doesn’t make my skin look textured or dry. I got this on sale so I don’t know if it’s being discontinued but I hope not.

This brightening powder probably would be really good for people with a darker skin tone. My skin is very porcelain and the colors were all too dark for me. However when I fake tanned it seemed to work a lot better. From the few times I have used it it was fairly worth it. It didn’t seem to make much of a difference from regular setting powder.

I tried both the yellow and pink ones...they’re good if they fit your undertone. They didn’t work out for me because they either gave me a very yellow finish or very pink finish (I have a neutral undertone), which didn’t look good on me. But aside from the color, the setting powder itself is very good. Very translucent and sets makeup well.

I absolutely love this setting powder! I love that it comes in multiple shades and that it doesn’t cling to my dry patches! It feels very silky smooth and does an amazing job setting my make up. 10/10 recommend to anyone who is looking for a great quality setting powder that doesn’t get cakey and makes your skin look great!

What am I doing wrong? I recently got this to replace my current baking powder at the exuberant recommendation of my local Sephora and when I put this on under my eyes to set my concealer or on my cheeks/nose I just wind up with a yellow streak. When I try to blend it out it literally sticks to and wipes away my foundation. I am using this with KVD Lock It foundation and concealer. I really want this to work I can tell it would look great if it weren't so visibly yellow. I even went back to inquire about getting a lighter shade and they were all like "no no no". So what the what?!?

Will this powder give flash back? Or is it good for baking how does it compare to the translucent one?

I have read it is "brightening powder" but why is there Peach, petal, ect.? How does it compare to her Original loose setting powder texture wise? I currently have the original one and I use it to set and bake sometimes. Does it really brighten? If it does what color is best for a yellow/olive undertone? Does it crease?
