These delicious crispy rice cakes are the perfect guilt free after dinner treat. Not overwhelming sweet, but just enough to satisfy the sweet tooth. About half the thickness of a normal rice cake, so they have a snap, and seem more like a biscuit than a usual rice cake. I make sure I buy a pack every week, if stored in a zip lock they stay fresh all week.
