I have a lot of lower back pain and shoulder/neck strain from work and working out. It guess worse when my period comes. So anytime I need a relief I use this product. It gives just the right amount of sensation to help soothe my areas of need. The smell is strong but the product works. The consistency is a bit more runny than others that I have used but I feel like I get more product that way and it lasts longer. Definitely worth a try!!

I’m so happy I found this product because as an avid golfer, my back is often sore. I shower and then apply a small amount of cream to the sore areas and within the next few minutes the pain is reduced and my back feels relief. Highly recommend.

This stuff honestly is amazing. Being an active (aging) runner my knees and hips often feel the pain of pounding on the hard surfaces. Only need a small amount of this stuff and knees and muscle aches feel much better. Really strong mint, menthol smell but disapates fairly quickly. Highly recommend having this on hand for those aches and pains.

I highly recommend this product. It was mentioned to me by an occupational therapist so decided I would try it. I have a broken back so it doesn’t do much for that but for sore muscles it’s awesome. It has a rather potent smell ( combination of A 535 and absorbing junior kind of scent) at first however it doesn’t linger and the smell doesn’t stay on your clothing like previous pain rubs I have used. It’s a little bit pricey but if you go directly to the company websites they have some pretty good deals. Their customer service is amazing. It’s also a Canadian company which I love.

I received this product for free for my honest review. I use these muscle creams quite heavily due to the nature of my job. I'm exposed to a lot of repetitive movement and being stationed at the computer for most of the day. By the end of the day my muscles are quite tense and sore. This cream contains Arnica, and is supposed to be great for its anti-inflammatory properties. I try to avoid over-the-counter medications as much as I can because of side effects. I find the cooling sensation of the menthol in the cream quite helpful in loosening any tight muscles I may have. For those who are sensitive to scents, it can be quite overpowering, but I love it! Although I have a minor back injury, I felt it worked better for my sore neck and shoulders, forearms and calves. A little goes a long way. The greasy feel of this thick cream is helpful with self-massage but then quickly absorbs into the skin nicely without any greasy feel afterwards. Make sure to wash your hands thoroughly afterwards as you don’t want any product near your eyes. In a travel-friendly squeeze tube, it's great as carry in your bag item for that anytime emergency muscle soreness purpose from stiffness in your neck, or soreness from working out at the gym.
