Great sauce for stir-frying. Lends a very authentic Asian flavor. I recommend adding it in your stir-fry towards the end of your dish to avoid cooking away the flavor. You can also use it as a dipping sauce when blended with vinegar and/or lemon juice. The great thing is you can find it in most American supermarkets and pretty much any Asian market. It's roughly around $4.00 and it lasts a long time because you only need a little. I take away 1 star because I do find it to contain too much salt and quite a bit of preservative.
