The ultimate pecan pancake mix made with sweet cream buttermilk and churned butter in a 10 ounce package plus 2 ounces or chopped pecans. All you add is water and you can eat them without syrup they are so good! The pecans can be mixed into the batter and/or sprinkled on top. DIRECTIONS: Preheat lightly greased griddle to 375 Degrees. Combine 1 cup water to mix with our pecan pancake mix and stir until batter is slightly lumpy. You can stir in most of the pecan pieces at this time so they will be in the batter. Flip pancakes when bubbles appear and stay on surface. Top with a few of the pecans and warm syrup. For a special treat top with peach pie filling.
