DIRECTIONS: Southern Buttermilk Pancakes and Waffles - Preheat lightly greased griddle to 375 Degrees. Add 1 Cups Water to mix and stir until batter is slightly lumpy. For pancakes flip when first bubbles appear and stay on surface. To make thinner pancakes add more water. Top with butter and warm syrup or or add a few spoonfuls of a fruit pie filling for a special treat.
