I made menudo for January 1st and used this hominy; I loved it because of its soft texture, great flavor, and it was perfectly cooked, just right for menudo. The best I've ever used.

I use this when I make posole. it has a very good flavor and texture. Corn is the main ingredient. It is pretty versatile and can be used in many different ways.
