I use this for baking cookies for my ministry work at an assisted living center. The flavor and scent are both amazing, and people love it in my chocolate chip cookies. The only thing to be aware of is that if you use too much, it can have a strong bitter aftertaste. I use half a teaspoon in a batch of 40 cookies. A full teaspoon, and they cannot be eaten, as the aftertaste is not pleasant. For me, if the only drawback is using less of a product, that is definitely a scenario I can live with. Try it for baking. It has a great flavor.
