We started drinking the regular Josh Cabernet when someone in line at wine store suggested we try this Josh reserve and we haven’t turned back. This is a flavorful dry red with a mix of dark chocolate berries. The aroma, color and presentation all add to the drinking experience. The price is a bit higher than some of the wines that might be served in restaurants as a “house” brand but it is definitely worth the price.

This is a rich velvety wine that pairs well with red meat and pasta. The packing is classy and vintage looking so it makes a great hostess gift. The price is great for under $25. I love this wine.

I bought this bottle because my husband loves bourbon, and we both love the Josh red blend and Cab. It was pretty good but we both still prefer the other red wines made by this brand. If you like bourbon a lot you might enjoy it.
