am extremely disappointed with this company and the way they handled my recent order. Despite their quick first response, everything else about the service is incredibly disappointing and shows unprofessionalism. My package was returned for no reason whatsoever. I didn't ask for a return or send it myself, and I never received any notification that it had arrived in my country or city. Usually, popular companies like this inform customers about their packages, but in this case it didn't happen until I wrote and asked why my order was delayed. The tracking site they provided required a tracking number, which I did not receive even though I asked for it, so I could not track my package. In addition, the shipping company did not notify me that my order had arrived. They had all my contact information, but they didn't bother to send a simple email. Even if I had known the package was in my city, I had no idea which shipping company delivered it, where to pick it up, or any other details. When I contacted their customer service, they told me that the package had returned to Korea. I was very confused, but at least they finally sent me a tracking number to follow the order and imagine my surprise when I found out that the parcel was a kilometer away from me... I immediately asked to provide the data of the company that was engaged in the delivery and find out the reason why I was not notified, as the report noted that there were attempts to deliver it, but the Jolse support team simply ignored me. I'm quite upset about the situation because I waited patiently for my order and in the end, I was left with nothing.

I was a consistent customer at Jolse until recently, but I will never shop there again. Their customer service is the worst that I’ve ever encountered in any country, and I shop worldwide. It’s not worth shopping at a company that is unwilling to work with you if there is a problem, even if it was THEIR mistake. Please go shop at another website with good customer service, such as olive young global, stylevana, or yesstyle. The very first time I was unhappy with my purchase was when I received a cleanser that had an expiration date within 6 months. They didn’t state that at all on the product page. If the expiration date is that soon, they should disclose that information so the customer can make the decision whether to still purchase the product or not. They replied to my email saying that their policy states they sell products that have expiration dates up to 6 months. If that’s the case, shouldn’t they write the expiration date on the product page? I don’t want to gamble and buy an old product. I want to make an informed purchase. All the other products I purchase from U.S. or Asian beauty companies have expiration dates that are at least 2 years. It’s supposed to be that way! My second experience was what solidified my decision to not shop at Jolse. I made a purchase during a “brand launch event” which had good deals. So I bought 4 items, and a few more to meet the free shipping threshold. When I received my order, there was only 1 of the item that was on the deal. I emailed them to send me the remaining 3 items and they said no. I said it was the company’s fault, and they said no. I felt like they lured me as a customer to purchase more products on their website with a “good deal” then purposely not send the other “good deal” items. Or, they don’t want to ship the 3 products they forgot cause they don’t want to pay for shipping. If a company makes a mistake, they should apologize and send the products they forgot to ship. They gave me a refund for the 3 products I didn’t receive, but I purchased other items in that order that I wouldn’t have purchase from them if there wasn’t that “brand launch deal.” I just felt scammed.

CANADIAN BUYERS, BEWARE THIS COMPANY. You will lose money! Against my wishes, Jolse upgraded the shipping method to DHL for no valid reason. The parcel was not too heavy (very small parcel with like 7 small items such as a lip balm). I could take DHL, I had free express shipping BUT decided to take Canada Post given the fact that DHL charges customs and extra processing fees which can easily lead to 1/3 of your order. I reached out to them asking why they did it. They wrote back stating it was too late and given their policy they will not assist me. THEY UPGRADED IT. I THEREFORE DID NOT GET WHAT I PAID FOR. Feels like a scam to me, or at least THE worst customer care ever, I will not buy from there again. Yestyle has cheaper prices and isn't a scam. Therefore I'll buy from there instead, they also ship with your prefered method instead of adding extra cost to you. VERY ANGRY. I went to DHL to calculate the extra fees... Around 45$ CAD for and order of 98$ US. Ridiculous.
