This is great, since having my son I've really struggled with back pain and this really does help relieve that, it's lasts quite a while too which is great. I've not had a reaction or anything. It's so easy to apply

I use this for my arthritis, especially on my back. It's easy to apply, I find it gives me some pain relief but it's quite expensive compared to other brands in the market
