This Joico heat spray is good. It does the job, doesn’t feel tacky, and is lightweight. I have used it for a long time now and have only purchased twice, so the can will last you quite a while depending on your consistency and amount of hair. I have long, coarse hair, though I haven’t been super consistent. I’m not entirely sure if it prevents split ends as I have a lot due to growing out a “wolf cut” that was cut with a razor. I think there are better options out there.
